If you are new to my services, please book a phone consultation where we can develop a plan moving forward. That way, if I am going to the home for an exam I will have the appropriate medicines for the trip. A phone consultation is required because I need a patient-client-Veterinarian relationship in order do do any procedures.

Please note: All consultations are over the phone. I will phone you at the assigned time. All exams are at your home .

Please view ALL of the various booking options available. If you are out of town please book the appropriate mileage.

All visits and services such as a phone consultation require payment at the point of scheduling .

Please note: I do not have any wonderful support staff, so scheduling must be done online as much as possible.

Please note : My scope of practise is : Complementary Medicine ( acupuncture) , Geriatric, Palliative, and end-of-life Care. I can run blood-work but cannot provide all services such as x-rays. Please see your regular Veterinarian if your sweet animal does not fit within this scope.

Emergency care will only be for my clients ( we have an established Veterinarian-client-patient relationship)

Emergency care can not be scheduled on this website. If you require assistance, please contact me through a phone call, text , Facebook, or email ( all listed above).

Emergency care can only be provided in the Williams Lake City District for late night calls. Weekends ok for travel during the day.

An Example of booking online : a check-list for booking

Let’s say we already have had a consult and you are ready to book a euthanasia:

a) you are out of town: you would book the appropriate mileage (from WL ) . If you book the appointment right after lunch you would need to book the mileage after the euthanasia as the system won’t allow booking over lunch.

b) the euthanasia procedure requires a booking, being considerate of the size and species of your beloved

c) if you wish for a cremation, you would choose that option booking either private (ashes back) or group ( no ashes) and whether you choose an urn or not . If you wish for an urn, that is a separate charge as well.

d) if you wish for me to take your beloved you would add a transportation fee.
